A distillate from the classic gin botanicals refined with Peruvian Coca leaves and the prized Pineberry: a strawberry-like fruit but white in colour, the flavour is reminiscent of pineapple and is free of the fragaria, the strawberry allergen. Everything is contained in our hand-drawn bottles finished with a real 24 carat gold foil. It is probably the most exclusive bottle that a true gin enthusiast can have. Pineberry is a really interesting fruit. It looks like a white strawberry but tastes like pineapple with only a subtle touch of strawberry. This one is fresh, fruity, and tropical. Enjoy with a neutral tonic, a slice of pineapple and if you like things spicy, add a piece of fresh red chili.
